The Guild of Fine Food is the UK trade association for anyone making or selling top quality local, regional and speciality food and drink.

The Guild was formed in 1995 with a mission to create close links between suppliers and retailers in the independent food sector.

Since 1993 the Guild has organised the Great Taste Awards, the national benchmark for speciality food and drink, which attracts over 4500 entries each year. The Guild also organises the World Cheese Awards which was first staged in 1988 in London, where it has been staged every year since.

Through their regular training days, the Guild help retailers and restauranteurs understand more about speciality cheeses and charcuterie.
